Pune, : The 31st Free Plastic Surgery Camp, organized by the Bhartiya Jain Sanghatana, was inaugurated at Sancheti Hospital, Shivajinagar, Pune. The camp is held in memory of renowned plastic surgeon, Late Dr. Sharadkumar Dikshit (USA).

According to Dr. Parag Sancheti, Chairman of Sancheti Hospital, this camp has been conducted for the past 30 years, providing free plastic surgery to those in need. Dr. Larry Weinstein from the USA participates in the camp, providing his expertise.

The camp will provide free surgery for cleft lips, facial deformities, and other congenital anomalies. Dr. Parag Sancheti encouraged everyone to take advantage of the camp.

The Bhartiya Jain Sanghatana and Chandmal Munot Trust have collaborated to organize the camp. Dr. Parag Sancheti expressed his gratitude to Chandmal Munot Trust for their financial support.

Dr. Sancheti also announced plans to expand the camp, aiming to conduct it six months a year and combining it with orthopedic camps. He emphasized the importance of charitable work and he said he is doing Every Wednesday Charitable orthopedic OPD at Sancheti Hospital.

Dr. Larry Weinstein will conduct similar camps in Pune, Raipur, Nashik, Sangamner, Jalgaon, Belgaum, and Delhi throughout January.
